For years, I lived in the rhythm of doing, achieving, caring, managing, and pushing through. I know the quiet cost of putting yourself last. I also know the healing that begins when you finally pause long enough to listen to what your body, heart, and soul have been trying to tell you.
As an Integrative Wellness Coach, speaker, retreat leader, and founder of Self-Care Bootcamp, I guide women back to themselves through soul-nourishing practices, nervous system support, meaningful reflection, and the Self-Care Compass Method™.
